We're a local market expert with over 6 years combined experience in property management and hotel management. We have built our reputation by delivering excellent customer service and optimal asset performance for property owners, renters and residents.

We have an expert team, along with strong relationships with local vendors and contractors, allowing us to provide your property the optimal in management services. We are committed to ensuring every resident has an exceptional living experience.

Josefa Buch brings to Cabo Homes and Villas solid household management expertise and keen attention to detail. She has worked as hotel and golf course supervisor at the Cabo Real Golf Course. She then devoted her management and people skills to strengthening the public relations for the luxury hotel Casa del Mar. Her tasks at Casa del Mar also included organizing special events and heading the property management of the hotel's ancillary apartments.

Before opening Cabo Homes and Villas she was the Director of the property management company Home Care Management. Josefa is married to Jorge Buch, CEO of Puerto Los Cabos.

Claudia Vargas has years of experience (Westin Hotel and Casa Del Mar Hotel) in hotel operation, marketing, sales and customer service.
